This used to be US size 6-8 but had to be opened to size 10. Currently will fit someone US size 8 or 10. It can definitely be tightened again very easily. Exact measurements can be provided upon request. This outfit goes below the knees for a person who is 5'-7". Can be worn with or without heels. Very pretty outfit.
