Step 1: Sign up and List your Outfit

Once you've created an account, taken photos and measurements of your pre-loved item, you can list your item in just a few minutes. Take good quality photos showing (including close ups showing any defects and embroidery).

Step 2: We review and approve your listing within 1 business day.

Your listing will be approved within 1 business day.

To increase your chances of a sale and become a verified seller ✅, don’t forget to connect your Stripe payment details by going to Settings > Payout details.

Step 3: A buyer discovers your piece.

Once someone is ready to purchase your item, you must approve the request within 2 days (if it is no longer available, you can cancel the transaction and close the listing).

If you don't respond in 2 days, we will cancel the transaction and close the listing.

Use Kifaayat’s secure chat to connect and share tracking info once shipped.

Step 4: It reaches its new home.

Once the buyer has received their item, they will mark the transaction as complete and you will receive your final payment (less our 15% commission) into your selected bank account. You can then leave each other feedback.
