Step 1: You find your dream outfit

Find your favourite pre-loved item on Kifaayat using our search functionality. If you have any questions about a particular product, you can contact the seller directly via our secure messaging platform.

Step 2: You reach out with questions.

Once you've found the pre-loved item you want to purchase, select the shipping method and click "Buy now". You will be taken to the payments section.

Step 3: You make it yours.

You can purchase your item via your credit or debit card. We use a secure platform named Stripe. The seller will receive a notification and once shipped, they will send you the tracking number. You can message the seller directly via Kifaayat if you have any queries about the item.

Step 4: Your order is on its way.

The seller shares the tracking number - you can follow your item’s journey to your door.

Step 5: It arrives safely.

Once you've received the item, be sure to mark that you have receive the item, so the seller receives their payment. You will then be prompted to write a review for the seller. Contact us on hello@kifaayat.shop if you have any questions.
