At Kifaayat, all sales are final. However, we take an active role in every purchase to ensure both the buyer and seller have a safe and positive experience.
Important notes
- Transactions made outside the Kifaayat platform (e.g., bank transfers, PayID, direct text messages) are not supported for disputes.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe, which includes fraud protection if needed.
Returns policy
If a buyer receives an item that is not as described, is the wrong item, or has another significant issue, they can report the problem within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@kifaayat.shop.
Process
- Contact us: Email within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- Response: A Kifaayat team member will reply within 2 business days.
- Provide details: Upload photos and share item details to verify the issue.
- Refund: If verified, the buyer returns the item to the seller and a full refund is issued.
Tips
- Sellers: Provide accurate descriptions, clear photos, and detailed conditions.
- Buyers: Review photos and descriptions carefully, and ask sellers for measurements or extra details if needed.
