• Once you’ve signed up, you’re ready to start listing, browsing, and shopping on Kifaayat.

Buying on Kifaayat

1. Browse by category or occasion and find pre-loved pieces you’ll love.
2. Chat with sellers through Kifaayat to ask about fit, fabric, or delivery.
3. Click “Buy Now” and pay securely with your debit or credit card through Stripe.
4. Track your order once the seller shares the shipping details.
5. Mark your item as received and leave a quick review when it arrives.

📝 Keep all payments and messages on Kifaayat. Transactions made outside the platform (for example, via PayID or direct transfer) are not protected.

Selling on Kifaayat

1. Take clear photos, add accurate sizing, and write a short description to list your outfit.
2. Our team reviews and approves listings within one business day.
3. Approve the purchase request within two days when your item sells.
4. Ship your item using a reliable courier and share the tracking through Kifaayat chat.
5. Get paid automatically through Stripe once the buyer confirms delivery.

How Fees Work on Kifaayat

It is free to join and list items on Kifaayat. A small service commission of 15% is applied only after your item sells. This helps support secure payments, platform maintenance and community features.

There are no extra fees for buyers; buyers simply pay the item price plus shipping cost.

All payments are handled through Stripe, ensuring transactions are safe, verified and reliable for everyone.

Shipping on Kifaayat

Kifaayat does not handle shipping directly. Sellers choose their own courier or local delivery service and manage delivery. To keep things simple:

• Include shipping cost in your listing price
• Always use tracked delivery
• Coordinate delivery details through Kifaayat chat only
• Reliable options include Australia Post, NZ Post, UPS, USPS, Royal Mail UK and Canada Post
